All our items are described as intimate apparel and, under the new hygiene laws applying to this type of clothing, we as retailers selling such garments are prevented from accepting returns once the package has been opened.
Please therefore ensure that you check your size against our size charts before placing your order.
In the unfortunate event that your item has a manufacturing fault we will refund or replace accordingly. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
Postage costs for returned items will be at your own expense.
