Postage Rates UK

All deliveries made to a UK address will be charged a flat rate of £2.50 per packet/parcel. We send all deliveries by First class Royal Mail

Postage Rates Europe

All European deliveries will be charged £6.00 for the first item and £1.00 for each additional item. All orders are sent either Royal Mail Airsure or International Airmail signed for. This means that each parcel is trackable and has to be signed for. When we have obtained the receipt for postage we will if necessary issue a credit note for any postage over charge.

Rest of the World

Postage to the rest of the world £7.00 for the first item plus £1.00 for each additional item. When we have obtained the receipt for the postage we will if necessary issue a credit for any postage over charge.

Lost/Delayed Parcel

A proof of posting certificate is always obtained and we are happy to follow up any claims for non delivery once an item has reached the deadline set by Royal Mail. Royal Mail classify the parcel as lost after 15 working days within UK, and 25 day overseas.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery times (unless the parcel is sent by Special Delivery Next Day Service) as it is out of our control.  Please contact us if you haven't received your parcel after this time from our despatch notification.

Problems receiving items

For customers that cannot receive mail either safely or confidentially we recommend the Royal Mail “POSTE RESTANTE” service. This allows you to have mail addressed to you and sent “care of” a post office of your choice.
